Hey everybody I posted a few weeks ago about an oil leak that I have on my 1981 Yamaha XS400 Special II. I'm pretty sure my oil leak is coming from the white Neutral Switch cover, the oil likes to build up on the Stator wires that run in between the case and Neutral Switch cover, but I could be wrong. I noticed the O-ring was broken so I replaced it with the specified Yamaha part number provided by a fellow forum member, but it still didn't fix the problem. I also replaced the white plastic cap because after removing it so many times I accidentally over torqued it and cracked it. I have a new cover and new O-ring but I still have an oil leak. Is there a seal behind the cover that's also disturbed?

Any help would be greatly appreciated because I don't know what else to do.

Thanks in advance.

-Michael
