My 79 xs400 build

so i installed the new home made rectifier and the 1970 dodge regulator (vr733) and it is back to running strong and puts out a nice 13.97 volts at a idle and 14.76 at a nice rev:smoke:

Good job. These sorts of solutions are very useful. Most people don't know that it is possible to use a home made or different reg/rect.

:bike:right and the newest update is i got it all wired up and took it for a ride today, rode 10 miles on it and it does amazing only had one issue with the license plate lights dying but easy fix:bike:

got my helmet camera mounted up today :D

Great photos. Any chance of grabbing a higher-rez version to use as a desktop? I'd put mine there but it's not nearly so nice looking, and also in pieces.
