Hi it's nice to be here, my name is Tom. I have 3 Xs400's all dohc. one of which I bought New in 1982, it's not on the road currently but one day!
Also lots of spares, I've been a bit of a hoarder over the years. I would post some pics but haven't worked that out yet.

This is the only XS I have the road at the moment, slightly it’s moded has
Xs400 sohc clocks some aftermarket bits like mirrors and indicators, round headlight and aftermarket exhaust system

I got this from eBay last year import from Japan it has twin disc late model 87 I think

Really liked this colour but the paint was faulty and wouldn’t dry, so ended up painting it green instead which was supposed to be gray! Think ill try this colour again on one of my future projects

That is very close to the color my son picked out for me to paint his grandfathers 82 XS400 Heritage Special. I think it goes beautifully with the style of your bike but when I brought the parts to be painted up to my friends body shop he had just finished this jeep and said he still had plenty of paint left. I planned on shooting it myself but he had an idea and asked if I would let him do something special for my son using the green. I am responsible for the metal flake in the clear but he didn't disagree.
