Forgot number 10 o rings on partzilla cylinder page. Is this my problem why it's so hard to start bike and only run for 15 sec at best?

Don't know if that is the cause of your issue. But those cylinder base o-rings are there for a reason.
Maybe install the o-rings and let us know if it helps?
