Not really mate
I got it registered and got punted off it 15 minutes later but I was ok, smashed indicators, mirrors and leavers. Also the first time I took it out (to get rego) I was very disappointed with its performance especially cruising at 100kph and trying to overtake.
There is a major freeway system dividing up my city which I have to get on every day to get anywhere and this thing doesnt inspire me with confidence to get out of trouble quickly (and I weigh 95kg which wouldnt help)
Still having issues getting it to run smoothly but havnt really had the time to play with jetting.
I now have 18 bikes, all projects and a fair few exotics and less free time so I dont think this one will get there Im afraid
It was fun and I learnt a lot but Id rather finish off the other bikes with more power.
Let me know if youd like any info about forced induction that I havnt listed in this thread as I have all the parts there and the plan but not the time for the fabrication and EFI on a 270 degree firing engine such as this is far more involved than a 180 XS650, Norton Commando or Pre-Unit Triton which is what Ill end up using it on.
