1980 XS400SG Carburetor Information

I'm looking for a good set of carbs to replace my out-of-commision carbs.


Does anyone know what Model/Sub-Model I would need from Mikuni for my 1980 XS400 SG?

Mikuni bs34 if I remember correctly

Yup, Mikuni BS34, mark 3 sub-model. Those are used on the 1980 G/SG, 1981 H/SH and 1982 SJ bikes.

Yes - after doing a lot of my own research - agree with CaptChrome fully. Also, I came across this document posted by another member which was very helpful. It's written in German but easily translated using Google Translate.
