Hey all, ive got a 1978 xs400 that has power to all lights, horn, high and lowbeam, no blown fuses. I removed the dash, aswell as removed the starter solenoid and deleted the starter motor.
I took the entire bike down to the frame and removed the harness to paint and weld a hoop in. When i put the bike back together, no spark. At first i had trouble remembering how the timing, condenser, and coils plugged in. But ive got it figured now. But still no spark. Battery is at 12v, im at a stand still here, im thinking ground issue. Kill switch was improperly re-assembled, or i fried something trying different connection combinations with the condenser/coils/points.
What does the trubinal think?
