Man I've been sleeping on this thing forever. Sent it to a buddies house 2yrs ago so I didnt have to look at it anymore. More or less lost interest due to work and other hobbies.
Suppose its about time I dug it out of storage and at least shoot some pics.
No...do not strip the tank to bare metal....creates extra work thats not needed.
Use some coarse grit paper to feather the edge of the paint away from the dent,this will remove any loose scaled paintand bite into the surrounding base layer...fill the dent and feather back away into paint..using...
well..what I meant was the foam that gets used as the padding under the seat cover..ie making a butt pad to sit on...suppose the original question was a bit vague.LOL
anybody know...or have a link to, the type of foam used to sculpt a custom seat for a cafe tail?

Still have to find someone to cover the seat...want it done right....thats the only major thing left.
