I used these on industrial fittings. They will hold past 150 psi and look clean. But you have to cut them off and replace. Usually bought by the bag in various sizes.

So here is a pic of my buddy welding some seat posts on the Bobber. Seat is now mounted, engine is in. Need to wire it up, make mechanical rear break linkage work and get a fender. i still need carbs, which seem to have sky rocketed now that i need them!!
Update, gaskets came in!!! yay, only 2 months wait!!
Here are some pics, put the motor back together today, had the mad scientist helping me, LOL.
Parts should arrive this week, tank, grips, etc.....
Funny, they asked to "pose" with the biggest wrench they could see, lucky I didn't break out the 3/4" drive socket set!! LOL!
Look what showed up from a friend today:
Thanks all! The foot pad is for under your kickstand!! I grew up without a garage and being a gearhead I made do. It has taken me 20 years to get what I have, it may only be a one car garage, but im happy with it!!
I just scored an authentic 1929 ford tail light for the project!! This thing...
Rather than bringin' back an old thread I will update with a new thread.
So here is a pic of the bike as it stands. I got a seat from a friend, a leaky shitty ass sporty tank that I will not be using, but confirmed my tank choice! Also a sporty rear wheel on to guage tire size, 130 instead of...

Anyways, to the web! I found out that Ethanol can start seperating in just 2 weeks!!! I would highly...
Still dont have pics, my computer died and I haven't had a chance to get them off the old one?
I did split the cases, cleaned everything down there and now reassebling them. I need these parts to put it completely back together:

1 set of standard rings for 1 piston
clutch...
I will post some photos. Been hitting road blocks lately, traveling for work and looking for a tank and fender in Canada is hard enough, but in the winter its impossible!! I don't want to put the last cross member behind the seat until I have a seat, fender and tank to mock up.
I posted...
Thanks guys, I did measure it out to M16 x 1.5, so it's good to know I can measure! I had no luck finding such a bolt today. I did find a 6" 3 jaw puller, but quickly bent the existing bolt using it as a pilot. F*^K!
Reaching out here, I am tearing the motor apart, I am currently stuck at removing the stator from the crankshaft. I have a puller, but the stator is on there 30 years better than new!! i notice a thread on the inside of the Stator that I could use as a Puller, but I need the thread size and...
