The seat is dry and I shaped it. I did a bad job on the tank side. But i will ignore it and let tge foam cover it. I have been shaping foam from the original bike. Its been really vauge because it is flexible. Here are some pictures from the process.

I found rubber bits used for car carburetors. They go from 55mm inner diameter to 45mm. The external diameter of the filters is 46mm. I think 1mm strecht with bew rubber should be possible. There was no luck woth the crusty hardened rubbers i already had.
